As an Architect within the InterStudio Department at Bay Developments Limited, your role encompasses conceptualizing and designing both interior and exterior construction projects. Collaborating with senior Architects, you will provide assistance in project supervision, guide Design Assistants, contribute to site implementation planning, and ensure design standards are maintained. Your responsibilities include interior design, budgeting, coordination with various departments, periodic site visits, layout inspection, drafting, and addressing design-related matters with clients and landowners. This multifaceted role requires adaptability to perform any tasks assigned by management to support project success.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings for both Interior and Exterior construction work
Work side-by-side with senior Architects
Assist Architects in supervision
Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings
Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
Supervise ongoing work periodically
Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management
Assist in Interior designing and budgeting
Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Procurement as required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule
Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, providing on the spot decisions as required
Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when required
Drafting the drawings as required
Coordinate with Clients and Land Owners regarding design related issues
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Other Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed universities of home and abroad
3 to 5 year(s) experience
Age: 28 – 35 years
Sketchup modeling
AutoCAD drafting/modeling
3DS max modeling/rendering
Photoshop for post processing
Strong design sense and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
